Chapter M at the Region A Rally in Perry, Florida As the threat created by tropical storm Erensto diminished members from chapter M headed north to Perry, Florida in order to participate in the GWRRA - Region A Rally. The region staff did a good job of organizing and scheduling the events which took place over the three days. According to Larry Ringo the headcount was around 750 people. Our chapter pitched in and assisted in running some of the booths and other gaming activities. Rich and Mom Jackson spent quite a bit of time in the jail, as they had difficult obtaining the required bail. Ocassionally someone would be with earshout and listen to their plea for help. Saturday evening the event shifted to Perry's town square where approximately 190 enteries wheeled their Wings down the mainstreet and around the county court house. A local radio station even provided live onsite programing of the event. As the evening turned to darkness a number of the riders entered their bikes and trikes in the lighted bike contest which was a big hit with the town locals and those of us that didn't participate.
