A personal thought about this event I am a relatively new member of this organization and this has been my first experience with this event. Many of the chapter "M" members that participated in the event of previous years told me that it would be quite an experience. I would have to say how right they are. The rally was well organized and made for a pleasurable time with lots of laughs and great camaraderie. The lighted bike parade that followed the rally was an event that was a unique experience. Our group consisted of about 30 decorated lighted bikes and bike trailers with Christmas displays. As our procession wound through the streets of Zephyrhills and around the numerous mobile home parks, we were greeted by hundreds of people, both the elderly and young, all waving and wishing us a Merry Christmas. The occasional stop for a warm drink, a quick snack and a few Christmas Carols was very enjoyable. We thank all of those for their generous hospitality. As we hopped on our bikes and rode through the cold damp fog on our way back home, I thought to myself what a great time I'd had. I would hope that the little bit of effort that we put in our " Christmas Parade" was enjoyed by those folks because it certainly was fun doing it.
